Description
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MS CRM implementations
- Strong Hands-on experience in MS CRM Configuration Customization like Plugin Development, Registration and Debugging, Ribbon Customization, Sitemap Customization, Form Customization, Process automation & Reports
- Strong working experience on Dynamics OnPrem and Online Solutions
- Good Hands-on in Data Migration & building Integrations with MS CRM using ETL tools and good to have experience in Web Service Development
- Strong knowledge on Sales, Marketing Module, Click Dimension Integration and Sales and Service modules
- Good to have knowledge of Power Platform in particular Power BI & Power Apps
- Should be able to learn new features quickly on need basis and help team to learn new features
- Hands on experience in Leading Teams, Solutioning and Customer Interactions
- Should have a good collaborative attitude and be able to conduct internal training sessions and process improvement initiatives as and when necessary
- Strong understanding and experience working using Agile methodologies like Scrum and SDLC processes
