Description
- Job execution, monitoring and run to completion (Daily and Monthly)
- Perform first level analysis of ETL data rejects, engage the business owner for appropriate remediation.
- Incident management in adherence to AIAA Standard Incident Management process. .
- Incident problem management Raise support tickets with Core Platform (Microsoft) and Product Support Team (Informatica) and coordinate to the point of resolution.
- Perform application housekeeping activities.
- Support for Daily batch runs.
- Support for Monthly batch run
