Create new or update existing audience selection criteria in IBM Campaign flowcharts
Proficient in Teradata and DB2 query
Collaborate with business partners and team members to ensure alignment with campaign requirements
Understand Business requirement and translate into flowchart design
Coordinate with cross functional teams on pre/post target audience activities (i.e. documentation, test design setup, file delivery, testing, promo history updates, etc.)
Java - to create and support external call out API calls and IMO customisation.
